As a young, ambitious fintech company that has scaled incredibly quickly, Zedler was having trouble managing their rapidly growing team. One issue they were having was that their different departments were operating in silos.
Our challenge was to bring the organization together again. We wanted to unify the growing team to get them to be as cohesive and collaborative as possible.
To do this, we ran our “One Team” program. The objectives of this one-day workshop include:
- To unite the departments through a common vision
- To improve organizational communication
- To build friendships across departments and domains
With a variety of team building exercises and opportunities to network, the day was enjoyed by all.
Since that day, Zedler has noted a change in the organizational culture, which has seen a 60% improvement in employee satisfaction and contributed to a 20% improvement in month-on-month efficiency.
