Frequently asked questions
We'll flag it proactively before any overages occur. Additional hours are billed at a pre-agreed rate and invoiced separately at the end of the month. We never go over without your approval.
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Pausing is available on the Growth and Premium plans — please contact your account manager to discuss options.
Minor scope changes are absorbed where possible. Significant additions are handled via a change order with a written estimate, which you'll need to approve before work begins.
You'll have a named account manager from day one. Their contact details and working hours are shared during onboarding. They are your single point of contact for all requests and updates.

Connect Stripe to Enable Payments
To collect your retainer payment when this proposal is accepted, you’ll need to connect Stripe to your Qwilr account. QwilrPay collects payment via credit card, ACH direct debit (US), BECS direct debit (Australia), or SEPA direct debit (Europe). Once connected, enable payment collection in the Accept block below.
To pass Stripe’s processing fees on to your client, set up a custom tax item in your Qwilr tax library — for example, a “Credit Card Fee” line at 2.9% which will automatically calculate against the quote total.
